The meta-pattern

The improvement loop for any plugin is: observe user edits → identify patterns → harden into references → version → repeat. Most plugin authors skip the first step and just keep adding features they imagined. Yours will be better because the references structure already separates skeleton from rules from templates — when you learn something new, it’s clear where it goes.

One concrete thing to do this week: run the plugin on your hat business, then write down every place where the output disappointed you. That list, ranked, is your v0.2 backlog. Don’t add features users haven’t asked for; fix the disappointments you observed.
