Workspace / Thematic Approach
How to use:
- Establish Theme of learning.
- The theme of learning can a descriptive title.
As you can see here for an example, the theme here is to enrich “Finance as a Whole”.
So it’s the best to have: 3 Windows
- Admin Windows (Stacked Tabs)
- 1 - Task/Dump list - usually interconnected with library
- 1 - Library
- 1 - Bases
- 1 - Canvas
- 1 - Excalidraw
- Main Windows (Stacked Tabs)
- 1 - TOC (or main thesis)
- Branch out to main topics/ideas.
- Then the rest can be permanents or literature or fleetings.
- Branch out to main topics/ideas.
- 1 - TOC (or main thesis)
- Learning Windows (Unstacked Tabs)
- New books, new notes etc
Always save it in the new workspace.
Important rules
- Thematic and consistent naming convention.
- systematic tagging
- systematic linking
The tag act as a branch of model compounding, whenever you’re reading something, you wanna ensure the output of that reading related to theme that you’re pursuing (here all themes is a model, so it’s by definition almost impossible to read and learn without linking to the model you’ve created before).
