- Produce a worked example — take EFFEN’s existing Instagram as the model and replicate the exact setup
- This template feeds the INDEXA build → publish 100 posts (execution tracked under INDEXA)
2. Full-funnel report (A–Z) 🔴
- Build an end-to-end report covering the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)
3. Copywriting & image creation pipeline 🔴
- Ads library scraped ✅ (done)
- Prioritize the scraped ads
- Build policies / guidelines for copy + image generation
- Define the best approach (how to do this well)
- Handover to team: how they access the knowledge base + SOP for getting started with Cowork
4. AI basics framework / slides for the team (in Obsidian) 🟡
- Simple framework/slides presenting the basics of AI
- Include the model/framework “to harness” AI
5. Chatbot customer service 🟢 (less important / not urgent)
- Learn chatbot CS across channels — on-page, DM, WhatsApp, etc.
